There are four surveys related to this project.
a) The core survey is the HRO organizational data
survey which collects
information on the level of outsourcing of human resource management
activities, the effectiveness of outsourcing and organizational
outcomes such as turnover and employee engagement.
b) The HRO employee data
survey collects information on employee satisfaction with
various human resource management services examining differences
between services provided internally and externally.
c) The HRM Attributes
survey collects information on the degree to which various HRM
activities have characteristics that make them suitable to
automation and/or outsourcing.
d) The HRM Activities survey
collects information on the core purposes of various activities to
examine how they related to other business processes and strategy.
